Return Policy

This policy tells you how to return an order to us and is in addition to your legal rights. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Lux Boutique Blog will exchange an item or issue a full refund at your discretion. All exchange or return claims must be received within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

How To Return An Item

• To return an item to us you can email us at hello@luxboutiqueblog.com for a return label.
• Every item returned must include all of the original packaging and tags.
• Upon receipt of your shipment, a Lux Boutique Blog team member will inspect your shipment to ensure there are no signs of usage. Please note, the tags must be attached for Lux Boutique Blog to approve an exchange or refund.
• If approved, Lux Boutique Blog will process your refund within (3-5) business days.
